Directional control valves NG06 prepared for plate mounting with surface of

connection according to UNI ISO 4401 - 03 - 02 - 0 - 94 (ex CETOP R 35 H 4.2-4-03) can be used

in every field due to their high flow rate and pressure characteristics with reduced overall dimensions.

The use of solenoids in oil bath allows a very rational and safe construction, completely eliminating the dynamic seals; the solenoid tube is screwed directly

to the valve body while the coil is held in position by means of a locking ring nut.

The particularly accurate execution of the passage channels and an optimization of the spools make it possible to use relatively high flow rates with minimal pressure drops ('p).

The actuation of the directional valves can be electric, pneumatic, hydraulic,

mechanical, lever.

The center position is obtained by means of springs of calibrated length which once ceased

the action of the impulse or of the command reposition the cursor in the center or at the end of the stroke.

The solenoids built with IP66 protection class according to DIN 40050 can

be supplied in direct or alternating current in different voltages and frequencies.

The high force direct current solenoids allow an increase in the limits of use

compared to the previous series.

All types of electric controls can be equipped, on request, with different types of

manual emergency controls.

The power supply takes place through connectors in accordance with DIN 43650 ISO 4400 (version

standard); on request as variants, AMP Junior, AMP Junior connections are available

with integrated diode, coils with wires and connections type Deutsch DT04-2P. They also provide

connectors with built-in rectifier or with indicator light.

For the fluids to be used, hydraulic mineral oils according to DIN 51524 are recommended and recommended

to equip the system with a fi lter that ensures a maximum class 10 contamination level

according to NAS 1638, ß25t75.
